Bio2 Oxygen & Oxygen with Glycolic

Improving Cellular Nutrition Through Oxygenation

A Deep Exfoliating, Cleansing, Hydrating and Oxygenating treatment designed to cleanse, nourish and revitalize every skin cell of the face, pore by pore. Pharmaceutical grade vitamins, minerals and oxygen are used in this treatment. Papain (Papaya), Bromelain (Pineapple) & Grapefruit is used as the exfoliator. At times a glycolic solution is applied to induce a further exfoliation to the skin and enhance the overall results.

What are AHA's?

Alpha Hydroxy Acids - (Alpha Hydroxy Acids is the family name for a group of acids.) The most commonly used acid is glycolic, as it is smaller in molecular size, which allows the product to break down the cellular build up more effectively . Glycolic acid is found in sugar cane. Other acids include: lactic, Malic, tartaric and citric acids. Lactic acid is derived from sour milk and used as both an exfoliant and moisture retention. Malic and Tartaric acid are beneficial for firming and toning. Citric acid is an antioxidant and astringent.

Glycolic Acid Peel (AHA) - A deep cleansing treatment with the addition of the Glycolic solution which provides a deeper exfoliation. The AHA program is a light and safe cosmetic peeling program, for optimum results, a series of six consecutive treatments on a weekly basis is recommended. AHA "peels" will not necessarily induce an actual peel. However, they will show a noticeable improvement in texture, tone and pigmentation, as well as minimize fine lines. Your complexion will develop a healthier, more radiant and youthful appearance.
